Locking Orders Tonight

Hey folks,
Just a reminder that as we're only down to around 35 unreturned surveys (c'mon, get 'em in!), I'm locking orders tonight for those of you who have gotten your surveys in. It'll probably happen around 8:00 PM. The few pre-orders we've received have been locked. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on that before pulling the trigger.
Thanks again to everyone who's backed this project! The best is yet to come!

Digital Backers & Mailing Addresses

Hi everybody,
More than one of you has asked about having to enter your physical mailing addresses when you only backed for a digital copy. I originally included that question because some of you ordered both physical and digital products, but I've decided to switch that off so that it only gathers your email address. If you are both a digital and physical backer and it does not ask for your mailing address, and there is no separate option in your BackerKit profile to enter that information, let me know what your mailing address is and I'll make certain it gets put in so you get your order. If you have any questions, or if you still need your survey sent to you, let me know and I'll hook you up!
Separately, I've chosen to wait until Friday to lock existing orders, so if you've already returned your surveys, make sure you've gotten what you want. Afterward, if you still want something and you can't get it through BackerKit, we might be able to work out something less formal directly via email and PayPal.

Surveys, and about the sketch covers

He everybody,
We're down to 76 unanswered surveys -- keep it up! Let's get those bad boys in! Don't forget to enter any add-on items you bought through Kickstarter when answering, and if BackerKit charges you extra postage that you've already paid via Kickstarter, let me know and as per usual I'll offset that with a credit where warranted.
Also, if you ordered a sketch cover and have questions about how that process works, it's pretty straightforward: once we finish the BackerKit phase and all the surveys are in, I'll put you in direct contact with the artist, CB Zane. As he puts it, "I will take suggestions for sketch ideas but I reserve the right to refuse anything that I may deem vulgar or distasteful." I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on that.
Finally, don't forget that we're locking existing orders as of Wednesday, so if you have any changes to make, get 'em in!

BackerKit Surveys & Charging Orders

Hey everybody,
First of all, I just wanted to thank everyone who has returned their BackerKit surveys to us -- we're at about 84% there, and only 94 are outstanding. If you haven't returned your survey, please take a moment to do so. That step is extremely helpful when dealing with fulfillment and we'd love to have that wrapped up soon. And if you haven't received yours yet, please let me know and I'll re-send it.
Second, we'll be locking orders and charging credit cards for the outstanding orders we've gotten through BackerKit in the next couple of days, I estimate by Wednesday. This won't prevent you from ordering more items if you like -- it'll just prompt the company that handles that end of things (Stripe) to start the process relative to existing orders. This is just a heads up on that so you'll be able to make any changes if you'd like.
Anyway, that's it for now. Thanks again so much for backing our humble project, and please get those surveys in!

Surveys Out! (I think)

Hey folks,
BackerKit Support directed me on how to batch-set those who haven't received their surveys to get them, so I fixed it and re-sent the surveys to those backers. Definitely let me know if you haven't gotten yours by tomorrow.
Also, a reminder -- when you're filling out your surveys, if you have add-ons that are not yet reflected in your order, please enter them. If/when it charges you for postage you've already paid through Kickstarter, let me know and I will issue a credit to you to zero the charge out. Once we've all done this, we should be in sync and it'll be a big help when fulfillment time comes around.
Don't hesitate to hit me with any questions or concerns you've got and I'll answer them as promptly as possible.
